Hello everybody, can anyone help?

I am in fact trying to find out how I can find out

- if , a person  who is not resident in the UK, got married in the UK and if he has when
- if that person has left a will somewhere in Britain and how I can find this
- how is the British law applied if such a will exists for the benefit of a non family member whether a legal person or a physical person? What will the family get from the estate then ? Will it have some inheritance rights or not? Who is responsible for paying out the debts?
- how can I know if he adopted children?
- what can I do if that person has sent huge sums of the family's company to Britain without the board's consent?
- How can I know if he has contracted mortgages under his name?
- How can I know if he has property in Britain and if the property has been fully paid?
- If he does have such a property how can I know if it is in his full name or in the name of some other person or association and himself.
- How can I know if he has a bank account in Britain?
